Caramels d'Isigny is the only caramel factory in Isigny-sur-Mer. The company continues to continue the production of traditional Norman confectionery initiated in the 1930s. 100% Norman manufacturing in a single production location.

The production team uses all its know-how in the production of caramels, from the mixing of raw materials to the labeling including the knots of the sachets, a large number of steps are carried out by hand !

In order to offer high-end products, Caramels d'Isigny uses rigorously selected local raw materials: Isigny A.O.P. butter, Isigny A.O.P. cream, whole milk powder, Guérande I.G.P. salt. Emblematic ingredients that will give the caramels their inimitable flavor.
